Dan D’Angelo is a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years of experience consulting in Canada in the contaminated sites sector. His experience includes executing site investigation and remediation programs on a variety of industrial, commercial, and residential properties in Ontario and British Columbia, for both private and public sector clients. Since relocating to BC in 2015, Dan’s primary focus has been serving the development sector, including providing expert advice regarding due diligence, property acquisitions and divestments, and regulatory compliance and approvals. Dan’s expert knowledge of the Environmental Management Act and Contaminated Sites Regulation is demonstrated by his Contaminated Sites Approved Professional (CSAP) designation. With this designation he can provide recommendations to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy related to numerical standards assessments, including contaminated sites instruments including Determinations, Approvals in Principle and Certificates of Compliance.
